How to access the Support Center feature in the system:
If you haven’t already noticed by now, the next time you log into your Masterkey system you will be notified of the new Support Center feature via an alert. Please click to “acknowledge” the new feature.
Next, simply click on the “Support Center” button located in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
A new window will open in your browser launching the Masterkey Support Center.
It’s as easy as that.
