As a Masterkey client, you will receive unrivaled comprehensive support from day one. From the onset, we strive to ensure every client has the best possible training to make sure they get the most out of their Masterkey product.

In addition to world-class training, our support includes secure, real-time access to valuable resources on all of our software products and features. We also provide personalized and proactive support to our clients on an individual basis as part of our additional support packages and consulting services.

Included with your subscription are a number of resources aimed to provide you with best possible support for your Masterkey products.

Masterkey Training

Masterkey offers comprehensive training on both the basic and advanced features of your product. Our instructional sessions are aimed at ensuring that the user is trained to effectively use the system. Generally, these “seminars” occur one to two times a month, and cover all of the Masterkey features. Advanced sessions focusing on the various value-added features available in the application are also provided. Register for a training session

Online User Manual

The user manual is a comprehensive document on our website which serves as the de facto self help reference source for every Masterkey feature or functionality.

FAQs

Our FAQ section provides answers to the most frequently asked questions about Masterkey. Divided into categories based on user relevance, the FAQs provide information on how to perform everyday tasks with Masterkey.

Support Query Logging Facilities

We offer a personalized communication channel between our users and technical support. Users may log their queries directly in the support log. Once a query has been submitted, the user will receive a response from the technical support team via email providing them with a tracking details and estimated timeframe for handling the query.

Phone Support

Phone support is also available with support packages and provides users with live assistance for all of their concerns. Our friendly support team professionals are equipped to provide users with expert assistance, from providing key information about features to handling complex scenarios. Our support team is available Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (GMT+4hr). Emergencies will be handled Sunday through Saturday 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
